Collector Account Management


 

 

HOW DO I CREATE A COLLECTOR ACCOUNT?

Step 1 – From the Rising Art Star homepage:

Desktop: Select Person Icon located at the top right of the page (see below).

Mobile: Select Menu icon (three horizontal lines) located at the top left of the page (see below).  


Step 2 

Desktop: Select Create Account.  Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password in the appropriate fields and click CREATE.

Mobile: Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password in the appropriate fields and click CREATE.


Step 3 – You will see a message that tells you:

"We have sent an email to {email address you provided}, please click the link included to verify your email address. 


Step 4 – Go to your email and open the email sent to you by our company.

Verify your email address by opening the email sent to you and clicking the Activate your Account button beneath the email address field . After you select the link provided within the email it will complete the verification process. 

Note: If you don’t receive this email, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder to see if it’s been sent there. If you still can’t find the email, click to send a message to Contact Us with the subject line: “VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS”.

Step 6 – You can now log into your newly created account and select View Address to enter/edit your address.

 

 

HOW DO I CHANGE/RESET MY PASSWORD?

    Step 1 – From the Rising Art Star homepage:

    Desktop: Select Person Icon located at the top right of the page (see below).

    Mobile: Select Menu icon (three horizontal lines) located at the top left of the page (see below).  


    Step 2 – Desktop/ Mobile: Select Forgot your Password?

     

    Step 3 – Enter the email that you used to create your account.  Then select SUBMIT.   We will send you an email to reset your password.  

     

    Step 4 – Go to your email and open the email sent to you by our company.

    Clicking the Reset your password button beneath the email address field. 

     

    Step 5 – Enter your new password then enter it again to confirm.  Then select CONFIRM PASSWORD.  You will then be able to enter into your account.

     

     

     

    CAN I SWITCH MY PROFILE FROM COLLECTOR TO ARTIST?

    Keep your Collector profile.  You will need to follow the process outlined in the Artist's Handbook to join the show as an artist.



    HOW DO I UPDATE MY CONTACT INFORMATION?

    Step 1 – Login to the account you created.

    Step 2 – Select the link named View Addresses.

    Step 3 – Select Edit.

    Step 4 – Edit First Name, Last Name, Company (if applicable), Address, Phone, and any other fields.  Then select UPDATE ADDRESS.   

     

     

    HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO/ UNSUBSCRIBE FROM RISING ART STAR EMAILS?

    Step 1 – To subscribe to our show you have two choices. 

    First: Select the link Subscribe For Free Giveaways... at the top of all page.

    Second: Scroll to the bottom of the Homepage to find sections titled Subscribe For Free Giveaways...

    Step 2 – Enter your First Name, Last Name, Tell us about yourself? (Collector / Viewer or Artist).  Enter a comment if you would like.  Then select SUBSCRIBE.

     

     

    HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT? 

    If you'd like to delete your Rising Art account, please email us at Contact Us and enter “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” in the subject line.

    Providing a reason for your cancellation within the message is optional, but we would greatly appreciate it if you let us know why you've chosen to leave the Rising Art Star community. Though we're sorry to see you go, your valuable input will help us to continually improve the service and experience we provide to artists and art lovers around the world.
